I like how a lot of the characters will volunteer Ran's karate for various things. Sonoko, Sera, Conan, the Detective Boys, Mouri, etc. will all say things like, "we can use Ran's karate" or "Ran, use your karate to ____". It's no wonder why she's so determined in her karate classes - she's depended on to use it outside her usual tournaments.

my faint fogy memories of this anime tell me that we saw Sera some 500+ episodes ago in one of Shinichis flashbacks also she was there I could swear in the mysterious table in school yard case some 400+ episodes ago. Also she was mentioned in one of the episodes back then when Ran opened her phone, there were Sera's contact info's

On episode 881, It's revealed that Shinichi has a history of meeting with the Akai Fam. It was when they were still little kids around 10 yrs old. Continue if you want more info They were at the beach, the three Akai siblings were with their mom and Shinichi was with Ran and Yukiko. That time little Sera Masumi wanted to make Shuichi to smile but wasn't able to. Then it was when Shinichi interrupted by making a deduction basing on Shuichi's appearance saying that he was in a circus because his hands have marks of playing the accordion. It made Shuichi laugh and that's when Sera Masumi admired little Kudo Shinichi hahahahaha

ok so... based on that since 10-ish... is 3 years 'older' than Conan looks right now... the whole time Shuuichi was with Conan in the hospital during the Slumbering Kir Arc... Shuu KNEW it was Shinichi he was working with the whole time? kids really don't change too much at those ages. previous to 755 we've seen Ran and Shin in 'middle school' age flashbacks and they both just look a lil taller and Shin pretty much still looks like Conan. Ran's even still got that crazy rhino horn hairstyle...

did Shuu recognize junior high aged Ran when he had long long hair during ShinRan's visit to NYC?

and the hostage situation on the green bus with Jodie-sensei, Conan, and the DBC... Shuu was sitting in the back of the bus watching the whole thing... i think that's when Shuu could have seen Conan for the first time...
